Cervico-facial lift
The cervico-facial lift is a rejuvenating surgery for the face and neck that simultaneously treats the deep layers, particularly the muscles (re-tensioning the ‘platysma’ neck muscles and the ‘SMAS’ cheek fascia) for a long-lasting result, removes fat from the neck and finally re-tensions the skin (skin lift).
This surgery is not covered by social security. It is performed under general anaesthetic and requires a convalescence period of 3 weeks (oedema, bruising, etc.). The use of a ‘presslift’ is recommended for 3 weeks.

Mini Lifting cervico-facial
This is a conservative cervico-facial lift that can be performed under local or general anaesthetic. The scar is shorter than in the classic facelift. In this technique, the muscles and skin are re-tensioned. Simple liposuction of the neck is often associated. At the same time, tensor threads may need to be inserted to treat jowls, bitterness lines and nasolabial folds.
The result is less long-lasting than with a conventional facelift.
This surgery is not covered by social security.
Convalescence of 1 to 2 weeks is to be expected (oedema, bruising, etc.). The use of a ‘presslift’ is recommended for 2 weeks.

Eyebrow lift
There is currently a strong demand for eyebrow lifts, particularly of the tail of the eyebrow to obtain ‘fox eyes’. This craze has taken off on social networks and is leading many young women to get permanent eyebrow tattoos in unnatural shapes. It is not surgically possible to give the eyebrow a diagonal (or acute accent) shape.
However, it is possible to lift the tail of the eyebrow to open up the eyes using botulinum toxin in combination with an injection of hyaluronic acid in the area where the tail of the eyebrow projects. Tensor threads can also be used, but the results are rarely stable over time.
Surgical eyebrow lifting is only indicated for ptosis (sagging) of the eyebrow that aggravates excess skin on the upper eyelid: drooping eyebrows, low, horizontal eyebrows, paralysis of the frontal nose, etc.
In this case, the scar is hidden at the edge of the eyebrow.
