Buttock augmentation in Paris

By buttock prosthesis

Buttock prosthesis surgery is the most effective surgery in terms of buttock augmentation and reshaping. However, it is a major operation that requires you not to sit down for 3 weeks after surgery.

The implant is placed directly in the gluteus maximus muscle, giving a very aesthetic and natural result. This is excellent surgery requiring specialised care.

Frequent medical monitoring for a month is necessary.

This surgery is particularly suitable for patients who are slim, athletic or who do not have shaped buttocks. This operation is not covered by social security.

Buttock augmentation by lipofilling

Cosmetic buttock surgery in Paris

Lipofilling is a natural augmentation method using the patient’s own fat. It is particularly recommended for patients requiring liposuction or reshaping around the buttocks.

It is a surgical option for people with excess fat or who need reshaping of the back, kidney drop and saddlebags. Cellulite dimpling can also be treated during this operation with micro lipofilling. Fat loss is around 30%. It is recommended not to sleep on your back for 2 weeks. Thrombo-embolic prevention is necessary.

This procedure is not covered by social security.

During a buttock lift (thong scars), 2 flaps of fat from the hips can be inserted into the buttocks to simulate a prosthesis. This is systematically proposed during body lifts to project the buttocks. Fat loss of 30% is to be expected.

There are currently several hyaluronic acids that can be used in the buttocks (subcutaneously). This method is not permanent, but it is stable over time (20-30%), allowing the quantities injected to be reduced. The result is as firm as a prosthesis.

This method is mainly intended for slim, athletic patients or as a complement to surgery.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic (injection of an anaesthetic product) in consultation. MEOPA (anaesthetic gas) can also be inhaled for stressed patients.

The price depends on the number of syringes used. This procedure is not covered by social security.

This is the most complete operation. It is designed to re-drape the skin of the middle third of the body, resulting in a scar at waist level. It removes excess tissue from the stomach, pubic area and upper thighs, buttocks, hips and saddlebags. In other words, a 20-25 cm high band of skin is removed from the waist around the body. It is particularly indicated in cases of massive weight loss, which are becoming increasingly frequent.

It can also follow anti-ageing treatment, which is the focus of this book. But age in itself and the accompanying post-menopausal deterioration in skin elasticity may be the indication: in the same way that facelifts are performed, body lifts can be performed.

The results :

It is truly spectacular. The operation must be well prepared with the help of other practitioners: psychologists specialising in body image, nutritionists, endocrinologists, digestive surgeons and, of course, the GP.

Recovery may take longer than for the other operations described above due to the length of the operation (3 to 6 hours), the surfaces operated on, the quantities removed and the blood loss. Swelling and bruising can be quite intense, as can fatigue and pain. If necessary, a blood transfusion may be indicated. A compression girdle must be worn for one month to limit oedema.

Possible complications are the same as for other operations. The risk of pulmonary embolism is limited by anticoagulant injections and early lifting.

For dimpling, fat or hyaluronic acid can be used for filling.

Radiofrequency and HIFU also improve skin quality when combined with a low-calorie diet.
